VII. Support by Franchiser
We are ready to offer the following support to our franchisees:
(1) Assisting in handling relevant import formalities for the products;
(2) Providing promotional materials;
(3) Providing necessary start-up instruction and training;
(4) Providing the first corporate partner in a country (or region) with a certain volume of      turnover products;
(5) Shipping the products to the port as required on a CIF basis.
VIII. Distribution of Profits

● Individual--Enjoy a benefit equivalent to 20％~48.8％ of your monthly sales revenues.
● Corporate
1) Franchised Store: Enjoy 5.5％ of the store's sales revenues in addition to the benefits for individual sellers.
2) Regional Agent: Enjoy 10% of the sales revenues generated by the region for franchising in     addition to the benefits for individuals and the Franchise Store(s) it operates.
● Joint Venture—Investors will enjoy sales profits based on their contribution to the shares in addition to the benefits for individuals.
