IX. Conditions
1. For both (Basic conditions)
●Registered salesperson of any Guozhen franchise Store;
●Direct selling management experience and market development ability;
●Able to handle customs declarations and market entry of the products;
●Sound understanding of relevant local laws and regulations, able to operate independently and legally;
●Have the funds for operating the business;
●Familiar with the franchiser's marketing management practices, able to independently organize basic training, customer service and manage the store according to the franchiser's requirements.
2. For Guozhen Franchise Store
●Able to set up and manage the store as required by the franchiser and deliver good results;
●Purchase first batch of products for US$40,000;
●Ensure an average monthly sales volume of US$25,000 for the first 6 months, and maintain revenue growth;
●Minimum operation area >= 30m2.
3. For Regional Agent
●6 months' experience of operating a Guozhen Franchised Store;
●Experienced in direct selling and relevant industry with no bad record of past experience;
●Able to handle training, administration, consultancy and logistics to all franchise stores in the region;
●Purchase first batch of products for US$60,000;
●Ensure an average monthly sales volume of US$60,000 for the first 6 months, and maintain revenue growth;
●Operation area>=300m2 with adequate office facilities and an excellent team of staff in management and market development.
X. Miscellaneous
● All corporate partners are required to pay a performance bond to the franchiser (US$6,000 for each Franchise Store and US$25,000 for Regional Agent). No initial fee will be charged.
● The franchiser will review the qualification of all corporate partners on an annual basis, and disqualified ones will be downgraded or have their franchise cancelled.
● The franchiser reserves the right to interpret and modify this document, and it is all subject to the contract as signed by both parties.
